Wow! I can not believe in just ONE day it will be a new year! Time to recharge and start fresh! As I close this 2016 holiday season I am so thankful to have been blessed and fortunate enough for a wonderful season! I had the pleasure of working with so many beautiful families and capturing their memories! Like this lovely family! The local homes and businesses were decorated so festively and we were able to showcase the decor nicely in their images. I am so excited to share them!    

To me, the holidays are best spent with the ones we love, family AND friends! I love to get together with my girlfriends and share in the spirit of love, laughter, & giving during the holiday season! This year I had the pleasure of gathering with these beautiful ladies for a gift giving party (& photo shoot!)! There is no better place for a festive shoot than in the midst of Christmas trees! Here is The Charleston Weekender showing off some fabulous gifts for the holiday season. The Turkish towels come in 5 colors, and let me tell you, these things are beyond amazing! So many ways to use them! A towel, a scarf, a blanket, a wrap, the list goes on & on! Her 'Yes Way Saturday' shirt... I mean, yes way I'd love to have this in my stocking! The perfect weekend attire..literally! Not to mention the 'Escape' Bag.. I am in love with the session I had the pleasure of creating with this beautiful couple! Their furbabies decided to tag along and join in the photo shoot fun as well! And guess what? These little guys, named Butch & Bruce Wayne (adorable right?!), are kinda famous on Instagram so go check them out at Bruce & Butch Bulldogs !      

I love when families book me to capture their memories while they are visiting Charleston! This beautiful lady & her family are old friends of mine so when she emailed me saying they would be in town, I was excited! Years ago, I captured their family portraits at their home 2.5 hours away from Charleston and couldn't believe how much these sweet babies had gown when I saw them! Gee, time flies!
