Last month I had the pleasure of working with my sweet friend and owner of  Charleston Moms Blog  , Brigid and her beautiful family. As we were planning a day of mini sessions in Charleston, I did a session of her own family prior. I was so excited to work with her as always and have the opportunity to capture these memories. If you don't already follow the Charleston Moms Blog , go do it! Amazing stuff for mommy's and their little people!

For those of you that know me know this lady is my best friend of many MANY years. After my family moved to Charleston last year, we try and make trips to see each other as much as possible. Last month her and her missy prissy came to visit us to have a girls day. We had a picnic under the Ravenel Bridge at the  Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park  followed by a bunch of fall festivities at the  Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch . As we were eating lunch Jen says to me (yes her name is Jennifer too), "This would be a beautiful place for our Christmas Portraits!" And so it was. Even little Roxy the Chihuahua made a fabulous debut!

This beautiful lady came all the way from Dillon SC just to see me! We met in downtown Charleston for her senior session. We started in the historic streets surrounding the Waterfront Park and made our way around the area. I was so excited to see the end result because, let's face it, she's beautiful! Congrats on your senior year Morgan! Thank you to Morgan's mom for catching this BTS shot! The image on the left is what YOU see, the image on the right is what I see!

My dear sweet friend Fawn & her beautiful family. Fawn & I met via Instagram and I am so glad we did. We share the same love of this photography passion and decided to do a photo shoot swap for each other. She wanted to use this special sweet spot and it could not have been more perfect. The sun was just before setting and the light was fabulous, don't you think?
