Huggins Family, Florence SC

I love growing with my families. I have shared memories with the Huggins family going on 3 yrs now and hope for many more to come! Check out their amazing shoot from last week!

The Rowell's - 30+ Years!

I will start by saying I was so honored to shoot this amazing couple for this session. When Betty booked me for the shoot, she told me that in over 30+ years of marriage to her high school love, they have NEVER had portraits done of themselves together. I felt a tremendous amount of honor flow through me as she chose me to capture these special images.  We meet at a local park and planned for just a quick mini shoot as they didn't want anything too much. "Just a few pictures we can give to our children & family" she said. And even though it was going to be just a quick session, I had all intentions of capturing the most amazing shots they would treasure for 30+ more years! That didn't take much effort on my part I must say. I saw right away exactly what made them perfect for each other. The laughter & love these 2 shared was so inspirational. You could feel the love they have for each other all around and it poured into their images the same way.  So ...

Sisters, Love, & Graduation!

I had the opportunity to meet two amazing young ladies a few weeks ago. They were stunning & not to mention hilarious! Two sisters, both in the graduating class of 2014. Big sister will be a college graduate of 2014 while baby sister will be a high school graduate of 2014. I thought 'what a special thing that both sisters could celebrate their accomplishments together!'. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to capture these ladies for this special time. I am so excited for these ladies and can not wait until we shoot again!

2 Best Friends + 2 High Schools = GRADUATION

This time 14 YEARS ago, yours truly was preparing for life after graduation. It seems so unreal. I can remember getting our outfits together for graduation pictures and deciding what time we were going to meet because of course we had to go together! We would meet that day at our high school, stand posed for outdoor "casual" photos first, then head to the library for our "formal" shots. I am pretty sure that is the same routine now a days. BUT not for these lovely ladies! Last weekend, I met these two beautiful young ladies, best friends graduating from 2 different high schools. We met at Mepkin Abbey  in Monks Corner SC. What an amazing setting as you can see! I had no problem getting laughs from these two and their true personalities came pouring out in each image! They just flowed together so well, I could see why they were best friends! I had so much fun with these young ladies and a HUGE Congrats to them on their graduation! Aren't they b...

Pretty in Pink!

Bethany had the opportunity to model for Woobie Wear & Lisa B. a few weeks ago. We wanted an outdoor garden type setting for this shoot and this was the perfect spot. We decided on an evening session to take advantage of the beautiful sun set sky and the colors it creates. So glad we did. Bethany looked stunning (as always) and she did an amazing job (as usual). I can not wait to see her in print!

Cassie!

I was beyond honored to shoot this beautiful young lady. She, along with her mom & aunt, came all the way from Fayetteville NC to see me for this session. She was simply stunning and super sweet. At the beginning, mom & her aunt told me they were going to let us have at it while they explored the grounds. After an hour of shooting and chatting, I felt like I had a new friend. This girl was so amazing. I can not wait to work with this beauty again.  After her shoot I received this message from her mom : "I cannot say enough about Jennifer's talent and ability to make her clients feel at ease during the shoot. She encouraged my daughter through her first ever photo shoot of this kind and made the day a memorable experience for her to treasure for a lifetime. Wish there were more stars to give as she deserves way more than 5 for sure!!!!!" I was truly honored to have been a part of this special moment for this young lady.
